Sleeper sizes & sections
A visual guide to nominal sizes, section thickness and the maximum retained heights shown in our engineering specifications. Select the reinforcement option that applies to your design.Concrete sleeper range
Six sizes at a glance
The face view shows the top and bottom bevels, with hidden internal bars drawn as dashed lines. The end section indicates the bar positions and a square rear edge. These are presentation diagrams; use the engineering specifications for structural details and project design.

Design reference: The listed heights apply to the relevant nominal length, thickness and N10 or N12 reinforcement in the engineering document. The 2.35 m products use the 2.4 m row as advised by the manufacturer; an engineer should confirm suitability for each project. Wall design, foundations, drainage, spans and installation must follow the engineer's specifications.
